We send reminder emails before each subscription shipment. Subscription cancellations or modifications must be made before your next billing date.

Our Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International data transfers

Mountain Fresh Naturals is based in Canada, but we use service providers (like Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok) that may process and store data in the United States and other countries.
