Where we ship

We ship across Canada and the United States from fulfillment centers. Because our products are stocked regionally in both countries, your order ships from the warehouse closest to you — meaning faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint per shipment.

International shipping outside Canada and the U.S. is not currently available. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.

How we ship

Mountain Fresh Naturals partners with fulfillment centers to deliver our products from regional warehouses in both Canada and the United States. This means:

• Faster delivery times by shipping from a warehouse near you
• Reliable tracking and delivery scanning
• Lower environmental impact compared to single-origin shipping
• Trusted carrier partners (Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS)

The specific carrier used for your order depends on your delivery location and package size. Tracking will be provided regardless of carrier.

If your package is delayed

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at mountainfreshnaturals@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

If your package is lost or damaged

If your package shows as delivered but you can't locate it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office or apartment management. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll work with the fulfillment partner to file a claim or send a replacement.

Cross-border orders

U.S. customers: All applicable duties and taxes for U.S. orders are handled at the fulfillment center, so no surprise fees at delivery.

Canadian customers: All Canadian orders ship from within Canada, so no border crossings or customs delays.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mountainfreshnaturals@gmail.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update it.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses

We can ship to most PO Boxes within Canada and the U.S. APO/FPO addresses are supported for U.S. orders.
