This website (mountainfreshnaturals.com) is operated by Mountain Fresh Naturals Inc. ("Mountain Fresh Naturals," "we," "us," or "our"). We are based in Delta, British Columbia, Canada (V4C 6Y8). Throughout this document, the terms "site," "Service," and "Services" refer to our website and all the tools, content, and offerings available through it.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available through links (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We strive to provide accurate, complete, and current information on our site, but we cannot guarantee that everything is perfect. Information on our site is provided for general purposes only and should not be the sole basis for important decisions without consulting other sources.

Section 4Pricing & changes to Service

Prices for our products are listed in CAD by default and adjusted for U.S. customers via Shopify Markets. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Service or any product at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our Service.

Section 5Products & availability

Our products are available exclusively through our online store. Some products may have limited quantities, and all sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

We make every effort to display our products' colors, packaging, and ingredients as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device's display of any color or image will be perfectly accurate.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit sales of our products to specific people, regions, or jurisdictions
• Limit quantities of any product or order
• Discontinue any product at any time
• Decline orders we believe are placed by resellers or distributors without authorization
• Modify product descriptions or pricing without notice

We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or that any errors in our Service will be corrected.

Section 6Billing & account information

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. We may limit or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that violate these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. You agree to keep your account information up to date — including your email, billing address, shipping address, and payment details — so we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or phone number you provided at checkout.

Section 7Subscriptions & recurring orders

If you sign up for our Subscribe & Save program through Shopify Subscriptions, you are entering a recurring billing arrangement. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method at the frequency you select (currently every 8 weeks).

You retain full control over your subscription:

• Pause: Temporarily stop deliveries without cancelling
• Skip: Skip a single upcoming delivery
• Reschedule: Move your next delivery date forward or back
• Cancel: End the subscription at any time

All subscription changes (including cancellation) must be made before your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting us at mountainfreshnaturals@gmail.com.

We will send a reminder email before each subscription shipment so you have the opportunity to make changes before billing.

Your subscription discount applies for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the discount may not be available.

Section 8Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Section 9Optional third-party tools

Our site uses third-party tools and services (such as Shopify, Amazon FBA fulfillment, payment processors, analytics providers, and email platforms) over which we have no control.

You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for your use of any third-party tools or services.

We may add new tools, features, or services in the future. These will also be subject to these Terms.

Skincare results vary. Individual skin reactions and results are unique. Our products are formulated for general use, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every person. We recommend patch-testing new products and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific skin concerns or sensitivities.

Section 16Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mountain Fresh Naturals, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind — including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — arising from:

• Any product purchased through our Service
• Errors, omissions, or content in our Service
• Loss or damage of any kind incurred from using our Service

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our Service.

We may terminate these Terms at any time without notice if we believe you have failed to comply with any provision. In that case, you remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date, and we may deny you access to our Services.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive the termination of this agreement.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms (along with any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Mountain Fresh Naturals regarding our Service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals — whether oral or written.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide you Services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
