If you're not happy with your purchase within 30 days of delivery — for any reason — reach out and we'll make it right. Even on opened products.
How to start a return
Returns and refunds are easy. Just follow these steps:
- Email us at mountainfreshnaturals@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the product you'd like to return, and a brief reason (so we can keep improving)
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable)
- Ship the item back using the label we provide
- Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days
Refund processing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
The refund amount includes the price of the product but does not include original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange your product for a different one in our line, just let us know in your email and we'll arrange it. There's no extra charge for an even exchange — we just ask that any difference in price be covered.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original item.

Sale & discounted items
All sale items and items purchased with promotional discount codes are eligible for the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
Subscription orders
Your subscription orders are protected by the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as one-time orders. Plus, you have full control over your subscription:
- Pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account
- Reschedule deliveries to fit your needs
- Receive a reminder email before each shipment
- No commitment, no cancellation fees
If you've already received a subscription shipment you no longer want, you can return it under our standard refund policy within 30 days.
Items not eligible for return
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
How long does it take?
Here's what to expect from start to finish:
- Email response: Within 24 hours, Monday-Friday
- Return shipping: 3-7 business days depending on your location
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Bank/card credit: 3-5 additional business days
Total turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks from when you email us to when the refund appears on your statement.
